Should I buy a BabyBjorn Babysitter?
Our daughter is almost 4 months old, and we're finally deciding we should get her something like this. Should we spring for the BabyBjorn Babysitter? or go with a Fisher-Price Infant-To-Toddler Rocker? Will we still get enough use out of the Babysitter at this age? She loves her Merry Muscles bouncer, and we're looking for something that she can be somewhat active in, but can just chill if she wants as well.
Get the infant to toddler rocker. I have an almost 5yr old &almost 2yr old & we received it as a gift when our 1st was almost a year old. I *thought* it was not going to be terribly useful. However, as our oldest got older, he used it more & more, then our 2nd used it as a baby & he uses it all.the.time now. He is almost two & LOVE to chill out in it & if he naps, he falls asleep there. I have many nieces & nephews right now from 10 months to 2ys old (4) and they allllll use it when they come over. It even makes a great place to nap smaller babies when they are here during nap time because you can kick that leg out & recline it & have it not rock & it has the straps so they won't slip. It is also MUCH cheaper than the Baby Bjorn. I even took mine into the bathroom often to put my 2nd baby in at that age (4 months) to set in while I showered.
