Anyone have the Graco Sweetpeace soother...?
My daughter is 8-weeks-old and has severe tummy issues. She will not allow me to put her down in or on anything without screaming. We have a regular Boppy swing, a Maclaren Vibrating Chair, an Amby bed (which does work sometimes).. but nothing keeps her satisfied. I love holding her BUT I can't get anything accomplished this way. I do have a Beco Baby Carrier and I strap her in the several times a day but still.. I can only do so much with a baby strapped to me. Has anyone used it and like it...? Has anyone had a particularly fussy baby who liked it..? I know that I won't know if my little one will like it or not until I buy it.. but I really don't want to spend the money on it if I am just going to add it to the pile of gadgets that she hates!!
Yes we had it and it was a life saver for us. My son was the same way. Would not sleep or nap with out being held which can get to be too much. This was the only thing that he would nap in or sleep in at night. The other great part about it is the fact that any Graco Car Seat will fit into the swing and you can take out the chair in it. My son also loved the heart beat sound.
It also has the ipod hook up on it. We had a Doppler when I was pregnant and recorded my womb. We used the womb noise to play at night for my son. He got so much comfort from it at night.
